Top Research Firm Reports that Video’s Rich Communications Capabilities are Central to the Carrier’s Overall Strategy

WALLINGFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– In a recent case study, top research and analysis firm Gartner reported that Vodafone, one of the largest mobile telecommunications companies in the world, is using video communications and content delivery as a key element of its internal collaboration strategy. The note, entitled “Case Study: Vodafone Puts Video Communications at the Heart of its Corporate Collaboration Strategy,” was written by analysts Scott Morrison and Mick MacComascaigh and published on March 5, 2010.

Mobile network operator Vodafone uses video communications and content delivery as a key element of its internal collaboration strategy.
